Tulabule is a civic engagement platform that empowers Ugandan citizens to report local problems, raise community concerns, and hold duty-bearers accountable. 

At its core, Tulabule helps state and local governments build trust with the people they serve. Because in every thriving society, local authorities are the beating heart of public service—but that heart cannot function without legitimacy. And legitimacy is built on trust.

Yet today, that trust is fractured. Communities feel unheard. Problems go unaddressed. Accountability is often missing.
